Terms and Conditions
Product prices and courier charges shown include VAT/CST at 12.5%. All parcels will be shipped with our original tax invoice detailing the individual item cost(s), the courier charge and the VAT/CST (as the case may be). The invoice total will match the item cost plus courier charge shown on our Prismat Online Order Page.

Shipping Policy
We ship through reputed couriers from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays. The product will usually be shipped within 3 days after payment is received/ confirmed. The tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped. Our shipments are always by surface courier and may take from 3 to 10 days to reach you, depending on your location.

Return Policy
We are confident that you will be most satisfied with our products and our service. There are rare occasions where parcels are received later than expected or in damaged condition. If this is the case, or if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please let us know immediately and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue to your entire satisfaction as quickly as possible.
